Statement of Intent. Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation
respects and upholds an individual's right to privacy and to
protection of his or her personal information.
This Lac
du Bonnet Community Foundation Web Site Privacy Policy (“Policy”)
is intended to comply with Canada’s federal privacy laws including
the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act
(S.C. 2000, c 5) and the ten key principles of the Canadian
Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal
Information (CAN/CSA – Q830-96).

applies to all visitors to the Lac du Bonnet Community
Foundation web site

about any services or products you may subscribe for or acquire from
Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation, credit card

Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation does not collect personal

territorial Canadian or overseas Certified General Accountants
Association or through a student number indicating your registration
as a student in the CGA Program of Professional Studies with one of
the Certified General Accountants Associations affiliated with
Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation. We collect this
information in order to enable us to respond to your inquiries in as
thorough a manner as possible.

Purposes for
Collection, Use, and Disclosure.
If you do provide us with personal information,
Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundatio will use the personal information to
communicate with you and provide you with requested information. We
may also use personal information to provide you with more
information related to our services and organization.

the control of Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation. Upon

provided by applicable privacy legislation, Lac du Bonnet
Community Foundation can tell you whether we hold personal
